Sri Potla Nageswara Rao was born in an agricultural family and has come up in life by hard work, dedication and total commitment. During 1987-89, he was the Chairman of the Committee of Youth Services, Government of Andhra Pradesh. At a very young age, he was instrumental in establishing medium scale industries and thereby providing livelihood to several hundreds of people. The establishment of this college has fulfilled his long cherished dream of starting an Engineering College to serve the Christian community offering technical education in both conventional and hi-tech disciplines of engineering with all the state-of-the-art facilities.
Sri Potla Nageswara Rao Chairman/Correspondent is the backbone of Adam's Engineering College. His dynamic and intelligent leadership leads to phenomenal growth of Adam's Engineering College. Altruism and industrious attitudes are his strengths and they are the key factors for success of Adam's Engineering College. As an industrialist, Sri Potla Nageswara Rao realized that there is no symbiosis between the academic institution and the industry. It is with this idea that Sri Potla Nageswara Rao with the support of an accomplished and experienced team of committed and dedicated professional experts launched our flagship, Anni Integrated Educational Society. Its main objective is to promote educational institutions for the overall benefit of the country in general, and the state in particular. Against this background, Adam's Engineering College was established in 1998 with the required infrastructure and great expectations. The faculty and other resource persons have been chosen with great care since they constitute the very means of successfully realizing the avowed objectives.
