We have been instrumental in shaping successful futures of many future citizens of the country. In the process of this journey, we have set standards, initiated trends and achieved new milestones, successfully. We are Adam’s Engineering College established in 1998, affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

It all started way back in 1998, when Sri Potla Nageswara Rao, a well-known industrialist, had a vision for Adam’s. Under the aegis of ‘Anni Integrated Educational Society’, Adam’s was established with the richly experienced Prof. N. Nageswara Rao as the Founder Principal.

Sri Potla Nageswara Rao was born in an agricultureal family and has come up in life by hard work, dedication and total commitment. During 1987-89, he was the Chairman of the Committee of Youth Services, Government of Andhra Pradesh. At a very young age, he was instrumental in establishing medium scale industries and thereby providing livelihood to several hundreds of people. The establishment of this college has fulfilled his long cherished dream of starting an Engineering College to serve the Christian community offering technical education in both conventional and hitech disciplines of engineering with all the state-of-the-art facilities.

Dr N. Nageswara Rao is the Founder Principal of this college. He has rich academic experience of over 33 years in India and Abroad. This has helped him in taking up the challenge of shaping this institution that provides value-based quality education in technical and technological arena. His commitment and vision for the institution is sure to bring it to the threshold of success by providing responsible and competent citizens to the society.

The Location where the success story took Shape

Sitarampatnam, a suburb of Paloncha in Khammam district was chosen for the task. Adam’s was built here on a 40-acre lush green beautiful campus. It is located about 3 kms from Paloncha and 12 kms from Kothagudem. Both the towns are popular for their industrial progress. They are adorned by Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS), Sponge Iron India Limited (SIIL), Navabharat Ferro Alloys Limited and Singareni Colleries Company Limited. Adding divinity and beauty to the surrounding of Adam’s is the abode of Lord Sri Rama of Bhadrachalam, Kinnerasani Wild Life Sanctuary and Papikondalu, which have a beeline of devotees and tourists round the year.
