The final and pre-final year students are imparted soft skills training along with the instruction on university syllabus with the objective of improving the student’s potential for employability. The students have been doing well at the campus / off-campus interviews conducted by MNCs.

Main objectives:

• Conduct industry specific training programs.
• Organize pre-placement training program for the students. 
• Organize industry interaction for the college.
• Arranges guest lectures by experts on Personality Development, Communication Skills etc.
• GATE coaching being introduced from this year, at no cost to the students.
• Conduct IEG-JKC training programs from second year onwards.
• Career Guidance programme for Engineering and Engineering Students
